Tardiness: We are able to accommodate up to 10 minutes late for your appointment. Any longer than this will require rescheduling your appointment.​

Cancellations and No Shows: Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will require a 50% cancellation fee. No Show situations will results in a 100% service fee prior to scheduling your next appointment.​

Cell Phones: Please make sure that your phone is on silent when in the suite. If you need to take a phone call we ask that you step out into the waiting area to do so.

E-Gift Certificates and Gift Cards: can be purchased online or in person for a physical card, non-refundable, can be used towards the cost of services, gratuity, and retail products.
